Some of the Modules Included In The Programme...
Specialist Masterclasses
Through a structured series of expert led sessions, you will deepen your ability to think, formulate, and decide with confidence in complex neurodevelopmental work, including:
âś” ADHD and Autism co occurrence and differentiation
Understanding overlapping presentations, subtle differences, and how to avoid over simplification in both child and adult assessments.
âś” ADHD and trauma
Exploring where presentations overlap, how trauma can shape attention, regulation, and behaviour, and how to formulate without misattribution or diagnostic drift.
âś” Diagnostic complexity and clinical formulation
Moving beyond checklists to integrated, neuroaffirming formulations that reflect the whole person and their context.
âś” Post diagnostic work that is meaningful and evidence-based
Developing post diagnostic support and recommendations that genuinely support clients and families.
âś” Writing assessment reports with clarity and integrity
Learning how to translate complex clinical thinking into clear, defensible reports that reflect real understanding rather than generic language.
âś” Using AI in clinical report writing safely, ethically, and legally
Understanding how to use AI to support report writing without compromising clinical judgement, confidentiality, professional standards, or legal responsibility. This includes how to integrate AI as an assistive tool while remaining compliant with data protection, consent, and regulatory expectations.
âś” Learning from real clinical material
Using case discussions and video based interview demonstrations to bridge theory and real world clinical decision making.
âś” Building a sustainable diagnostic service
Masterclasses focused on pricing, client journey, automation, MDT planning, and systems that support both clinical quality and practitioner wellbeing.
âś” The mindset of a confident clinician and practice owner
Shifting from uncertainty and over delivery towards grounded confidence, clarity, and leadership in your work.

Group and 1:1 Coaching Sessions
✔ Live Monthly Group Coaching Facilitated by Floriana
Facilitated sessions designed to support clinical confidence, professional judgement, and forward momentum. These sessions focus on how you think about assessment work, boundaries, uncertainty, and service decisions. Working alongside peers at a similar stage, you will refine your approach, sense check decisions, and leave with greater clarity about how you want to practise and develop your service.
✔ Three One-to-One Coaching Sessions with Floriana
Individual coaching sessions designed to support your growth as a clinician and the development of your practice by exploring what may be holding you back. These sessions provide space to reflect on confidence, self trust, boundaries, decision making, and patterns that can limit clinical development or sustainable practice building. Floriana’s role is to support you in identifying obstacles, strengthening your sense of direction, and making intentional changes that support both your clinical confidence and professional growth. These sessions are coaching and developmental in nature, rather than clinical supervision or case discussion.

Specialist Training and Clinical ImmersionsÂ
✔ As part of the programme, participants will receive full access to and attend Floriana’s highly regarded two-day live online ADHD Assessment and Diagnosis training. This forms a core component of the programme rather than an optional add on. Participants attend one of two specialist pathways, focusing either on Adult ADHD assessment or on Child and Adolescent ADHD assessment. The training provides structured, in depth teaching on diagnostic tools, neuroaffirming assessment approaches, differential diagnosis, and real world clinical application. The Adult ADHD pathway has been endorsed by NHS Scotland for a second consecutive year to support the training of their clinicians in assessment and diagnosis.Â
âś” Live ADHD and Autism Assessment Shadowing
As part of the 6-month programme, participants will have the opportunity to observe and shadow two live ADHD and/or autism assessments conducted by Floriana with real clients. These assessments take place at Floriana’s offices, with both Floriana and the client present in the room, while participants observe remotely via Zoom. This is only offered with the client’s full informed consent.
Each shadowing opportunity usually includes approximately 4 hours of direct client assessment work and 1 hour of multidisciplinary team discussion.
This provides a rare opportunity to see how diagnostic work unfolds in practice, including how clinical information is gathered, how questions are adapted in response to the client’s presentation, and how clinical reasoning, formulation, differential diagnosis, and affirming practice are applied within complex ADHD and autism assessments.
Following the assessment, participants will be invited to take part in the multidisciplinary team discussion. This allows participants to understand how the information gathered during the assessment is processed and integrated, ask Floriana questions, consider diagnostic decision-making, and discuss recommendations as part of the wider clinical team.

Clinical Psychologist (First Cohort)
Based on my experience, this programme is helpful with understanding how you can go about having an effective practice whether you are at the beginning of your journey or already have a practice in place
Salomea Lubojanska-Sikora, Clinical Psychologist (First Cohort)
I would strongly recommend this programme to any clinician considering developing their skills in ADHD assessments. Over the past six months, the biggest shift I’ve noticed is in my confidence, practical skills, and depth of understanding when conducting ADHD assessments. Before joining the programme, I often felt uncertain about how to structure assessments, which tools to use, and how to approach different parts of the process in a clear and effective way. Now, I feel much more confident and competent in carrying out ADHD assessments. Â
Dr Melita Ash, Clinical Psychologist (First Cohort)
I would recommend this programme to any clinician who holds passion for developing and delivering a high quality and compassionate assessment service. It provides networking opportunities, shared learning and reflection, as well as a whole host of useful knowledge from the masterclasses.
NICE TO MEET YOU
Hi, I'm Dr Floriana Reinikis
I'm a Clinical Psychologist (HCPC-registered) with over 20 years’ experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and mentoring clinicians to do the same with clarity, compassion, and clinical depth.
Over the years, I’ve built a thriving independent service providing ADHD and Autism assessment and support across the lifespan. My passion lies not only in working with clients but also in mentoring fellow professionals — in the UK and internationally — to build confidence in both their clinical and business skills. I equip them to deliver gold-standard, person-centred, NICE-compliant assessments while also developing the systems and mindset needed to run a sustainable and fulfilling practice.
As an ADHDer myself, I know what it’s like to want to do things differently—and to feel overwhelmed by where to start. This programme brings together the clinical knowledge, tools, and systems I’ve refined over two decades, to help you build a diagnostic service that works, for your clients, and for you.
